? Youth Group - Tonight!

Attention youth and parents - Youth Group is happening this evening from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM! If your young people need somewhere to be tonight that isn't the couch, this is the place. Come fellowship, grow, and have a great time together.

? Choir Practice - All Ages Welcome!

This one is for everyone - yes, that means you! Choir practice is underway on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM as we prepare our voices for Resurrection Sunday. All ages are welcome, and no prior experience required - just bring your voice and your joy. Come lift up God's praises through song. You'll be glad you did!

? Wednesday Walk-In Services

Wednesday Walk-In Services are running from March 11th through April 1st at 12 noon in the FLC - and lunch is provided! Come midweek for a blessed time of song and the Preached Word. A little midday spiritual fuel goes a long way. We'll see you there!

?️ Community Announcement: Citizens Police Academy

Here's a great opportunity to get involved in your community! The Springfield Police Division's 2026 Citizens Police Academy registration is now open. Classes run on Thursdays, March 26th through May 29th, from 6-9 PM.

You'll get a behind-the-scenes look at traffic enforcement, SWAT operations, crime investigations, and more. Think of it as a backstage pass to your local police department - pretty cool! Scan the QR code to register. Printed copies are also available in the Narthex or on the church website.

Last Week's Question
In Nehemiah 8, the Israelites recognize their sin and weep as Ezra reads from the book of the Law of Moses. What are they told that causes them to stop weeping?
✦ Answer ✦

Nehemiah, Ezra, and the Levites told the people to stop weeping because the day was holy to the Lord - and that "the joy of the Lord is their strength." Once the people understood the words of the law that had been explained to them, they celebrated rather than mourned. (Nehemiah 8:9-12)

This Week's Question
In Nehemiah 9, the Israelites are described as stiff-necked. How is God described despite their disobedience?
Answer to follow next week!

Saint John - March 15, 2026 - God is Good, All the Time.
