Saint John family and friends, are you in need of prayer? Do you have something to praise God for? Either way, the Prayer Ministry wants to hear from you! Soon you'll be able to drop your prayer requests and praises into the Prayer Box, right there in the Narthex. No stamp required, and the response time can't be beat. It's coming soon, so keep your eyes peeled!
There is power in prayer, so join us and hear prayers lifted up on behalf of family and friends. Come one, come all!

Bethune/Height Recognition Breakfast
"Honoring the Legacy, Inspiring the Future"
Mark your calendars, Saint John! The National Council of Negro Women is hosting a breakfast worth getting out of bed for, and some of our very own are in the spotlight. Our keynote speaker is Dr. Evelyn Bethune, granddaughter of Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune and founder of the Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune Family Legacy Foundation, Inc.
We are so proud that Brothers Napoleon Biles and Oakie Moore will be honored, along with Sister Cheryl Degroat-Ayers, our Church Secretary. Let's show up and cheer them on! Celebrating our own is investing in God's people in action.
