A.C.T.S
A - Adoration: Give God praise and honor for who He is (Worship Him). (Lord you are loving, kind, my provider, my healer, my protector, Almighty God, King of kings, Lord of lords, etc.) Psalm 99:5 "Exalt the Lord our God: worship at his footstool! Holy is he!"
C - Confession: Confess your sins to God and ask Him for forgiveness.  (Lord, I'm sorry for _______, please forgive me for my sins in Jesus name.) 1 John 1:9  "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
T - Thanksgiving: Thank Him for all the wonderful things He has done.  (Thank you for waking me up this morning, healing my body, healing my family members, providing money to pay bills, changing my attitude, protecting me, etc.) 1 Thessalonians 5:18 "give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you."
S - Supplication: Make your requests to God for yourself and others and pray that God's will be done.  (Father please help me with _____, please let your will be done in Jesus name.) Philippians 4:6 "do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God."
